Who you are contracting with
Diffreel is operated by DIFFREEL, registered at DIFFREEL, and “we” below means that entity. Payments are collected by Paddle.com Market Limited as merchant of record, under its own checkout terms; everything else on this page is between you and us.
The service
The free plan is real: an account, the playground, and a monthly number of reels, no card asked for. Plus adds the capabilities listed on the pricing table. Diffreel is provided as it stands; it aims to be up and careful with your work, but like any small service it makes no promise of uninterrupted availability.
Your account, your reels
The reels you draw are yours. Diffreel stores them so it can open them for you again, and claims no rights over them beyond what serving them back to you requires. You are responsible for what you draw and for keeping your password to yourself; accounts used to abuse the service — attacking it, or using it for anything unlawful — can be closed.
Plus, billing and renewal
Plus is sold as a subscription in terms of one, three or six months, each term billed upfront at the per-month price shown at purchase. Payment is processed by Paddle, the merchant of record: Paddle takes the card, handles tax, and sends the receipts, and its own checkout terms apply to the payment itself. No card number ever touches this site.
A term gives you 31 days of Plus per subscribed month, counted from the day the term starts, and renews automatically at the end of each term until you stop it. Your account page always shows the exact date and time your access runs to and when the next renewal falls, in your own local time.
Stopping and refunds
Auto-renew stops with one control on your account page, no email required, and stopping it never takes away what you paid for: Plus runs to the end of the current paid window and the account then continues on the free plan, reels intact.
Separately from cancelling, every Plus payment is refundable in full for 14 days from the day it is taken, with no reason asked for and nothing held back — first payment or renewal, one-month term or six. The refund policy says how to ask and how long the money takes; Paddle pays it, and a refund ends Plus on the account. A charge reversed through your bank ends Plus access immediately, so please ask for the refund instead — it is faster and it is not refused.
Deleting your account
Deleting the account cancels any live subscription immediately and removes your reels, as the privacy notice describes. Deleting is not the same as asking for your money back: if the payment is within its 14 days, ask for the refund first, and if it is not, stop auto-renew and let the paid window run out to get the full value of it.
Changes
Prices can change; a change never reaches an already-paid term, and a renewal only ever charges the price that was shown when you subscribed to it. These terms can change too — the date at the top moves when they do, and a change that matters is not applied to you silently.
