Billing

Is the free plan a trial?

No. There is no clock on it and no card asked for. Free is a plan — an account, the playground, and a monthly number of reels — and it stays that way whether or not you ever subscribe.

Who takes the payment?

Paddle, as the merchant of record. Cards, tax and receipts are handled there and never touch this site; what Diffreel stores is which plan you are on and when it runs out. The privacy notice says exactly what that means.

What does “31 days per month” mean?

A term is billed upfront and gives you 31 days of Plus for each month it covers, counted from the day it starts. A three-month term is 93 days. It is the same arithmetic whichever term you pick, so a longer one is never a shorter month.

What currency am I charged in, and is tax on top?

Prices are in US dollars. Paddle is the merchant of record, so it works out the sales tax, VAT or GST for the country you are buying from and shows the final amount on the checkout before you pay — the receipt it emails is a valid tax invoice, and you can add a business VAT number to it there.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — 14 days, money back, no questions asked, on every Plus payment including renewals. The refund policy says how to ask; Paddle pays it back to the card it came from.

How do I cancel?

From your account, in one click, with no email to write. Stopping auto-renew keeps Plus running to the end of what you already paid for; nothing is clawed back and nothing is pro-rated away.

What happens to my reels when Plus ends?

Nothing happens to them. Every reel you drew stays exactly as it is — typeface, exact colours, all of it — and stays editable. What waits for you to subscribe again is what Plus adds from then on: the brand kit, the library, earlier versions.

Can I change term?

Yes. Manage the subscription from your account and the change takes effect at the next renewal, so you never pay twice for the same days.
